Shark Classic Upright Pet Vacuum Cleaner - Grey and Plum - NV603UKT

Powerful Whole-Home Cleaning. Lift-Away Versatility. Dedicated Pet Hair Removal.

Tackle everyday dirt, dust and stubborn pet hair with the Shark Classic Upright Pet Vacuum Cleaner NV603UKT in Grey & Plum. Combining powerful corded upright cleaning with Shark's versatile Lift-Away technology, this pet-focused vacuum is designed for carpets, hard floors, stairs, upholstery and harder-to-reach areas throughout your home.

Separate carpet and hard-floor modes let you adapt cleaning to different surfaces at the touch of a button, while enhanced swivel steering helps the floorhead manoeuvre around furniture. Built-in LED headlights illuminate dust and debris in darker areas, helping you see what still needs cleaning.

For homes with cats and dogs, the supplied Pet Power Brush provides dedicated cleaning for pet hair on suitable stairs, sofas and other soft furnishings. HEPA filtration works alongside Shark's Anti-Allergen Complete Seal, which is stated to capture and trap 99.9% of dust and allergens inside the vacuum.

Lift-Away Technology

Shark's Lift-Away technology transforms the NV603UKT from a conventional upright vacuum into a more portable cleaning system.

Detach the main pod from the floorhead and use the wand with a suitable accessory to clean areas where manoeuvring a complete upright vacuum would be difficult.

Lift-Away is particularly useful for:

• Stairs
• Suitable upholstery
• Curtains and blinds
• High surfaces
• Edges and corners
• Harder-to-reach areas around furniture

Instead of carrying the entire upright vacuum up a staircase, you can leave the main floorhead behind and take the detachable pod with you for more manageable cleaning.

Designed for Homes with Pets

The NV603UKT is the pet-focused version of Shark's Classic Upright platform, making it particularly well suited to homes where shed fur is an everyday cleaning challenge.

Alongside normal floor cleaning, the supplied accessories give you more flexibility for tackling pet hair that accumulates on stairs, furniture and other suitable surfaces.

Pet Power Brush Included

The dedicated Pet Power Brush provides a more specialised approach to pet-hair cleaning than a standard crevice attachment.

Use it on compatible upholstery, carpeted stairs and other suitable surfaces to help lift embedded dog and cat hair.

No Anti Hair Wrap or self-cleaning function is specified for this Pet Power Brush, so accumulated hair should be removed from the tool as part of normal maintenance.

Separate Carpet & Hard Floor Modes

Move between different surfaces using dedicated carpet and hard-floor settings.

Select the carpet mode for compatible carpets and rugs, where the floorhead and suction work together to lift everyday dirt, dust and debris.

When moving onto compatible sealed hard flooring, switch to the dedicated hard-floor setting for more appropriate cleaning behaviour.

The supplied specification lists the NV603UKT as suitable for all floor types, although flooring manufacturers' individual care instructions should always be followed.

Anti-Allergen Complete Seal

Shark's Anti-Allergen Complete Seal is designed to keep captured particles contained within the vacuum rather than allowing them to escape back into the surrounding air during cleaning.

According to the supplied manufacturer information, the system captures and traps 99.9% of dust and allergens inside the vacuum.

This can be particularly useful in pet-owning households where fur, dander and everyday household dust are recurring cleaning concerns.

The vacuum should not be considered an air purifier or a medical treatment for allergies, and allergens can remain elsewhere within the home.

HEPA Filtration

The NV603UKT also features HEPA filtration as part of its dust-management system.

Working alongside the Anti-Allergen Complete Seal, the filtration system helps contain fine particles that are drawn into the vacuum during cleaning.

The supplied information does not confirm that the HEPA filter itself is washable, so filter cleaning and replacement should follow the instructions provided by Shark.

Enhanced Swivel Steering

Navigate around sofas, tables, chairs and other everyday obstacles with enhanced swivel steering.

The floorhead responds as you turn the handle, making it easier to change direction while cleaning busy rooms and manoeuvre around furniture without repeatedly repositioning the complete vacuum.

LED Headlights

Built-in LED headlights illuminate the floor immediately ahead of the cleaner head, helping reveal dust, crumbs and other debris that can be difficult to see under normal room lighting.

They're particularly useful when vacuuming underneath furniture, along darker room edges and in other areas where debris can otherwise go unnoticed.

Continuous Corded Cleaning

The Shark NV603UKT is a corded mains-powered vacuum cleaner, so there's no battery to recharge or maximum cordless runtime to manage.

This makes it well suited to longer cleaning sessions where continuous power is preferable to stopping and recharging a battery.

Generous 1.2 Litre Dust Capacity

The reusable dust container provides a useful 1.2-litre capacity for everyday household dust, debris and pet hair.

The bagless design means there are no disposable vacuum bags to replace. Simply empty the container as required and before debris reaches the manufacturer's maximum fill level.

Crevice Tool

The supplied Crevice Tool helps tackle narrow spaces the main floorhead cannot easily reach.

It's useful for cleaning:

• Along skirting boards
• Into corners
• Between sofa cushions
• Along furniture edges
• Inside narrow gaps

Stair Tool

A dedicated Stair Tool is also included, providing a convenient cleaning head for suitable stair surfaces and soft furnishings.

Pairing the Stair Tool with the detachable Lift-Away pod makes stair cleaning considerably more flexible than trying to manoeuvre the complete upright vacuum across individual steps.

Technical Specifications

*99.9% dust and allergen capture claim is based on the manufacturer's supplied information for the Anti-Allergen Complete Seal system. Actual performance depends on correct use, filter condition and maintenance.
